Preacher: Tom Zucconi

Text: John 3

The prophet Isaiah writes, “The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned.” (Isaiah 9:2) Deep darkness and a great light. The words of the prophet are words that take us from hopelessness to assurance and comfort! But what is this light? A comet? A rocket? A beautiful sunrise? The great light, of course, is Jesus, THE light of the world—a light that breaks the darkness and takes us from the season of Lent to the glory of Easter. Until we get there, however, how does the light of Christ guide us in our lives? How does this light sustain us during the Lenten season? Let’s discover together! Welcome to all who worship with us today!
