Holy Cross values families in worship together and understands the need for kids to have time to explore and learn in their own way, so we offer opportunities for kids and families to grow in faith outside of worship time.
Youth ages 11 and older meet every Sunday morning after worship. Our time together is a combination of conversation, games, snacks, and devotion. Our motto is, “Belong. Believe. Act.” Our of belonging and love comes a belief in Jesus and Lord and Savior. We put that believe into action through service to our community!
Our program (offered in English and Spanish) is for students 6th grade on up and combines weekly Sunday morning attendance with monthly catechism instruction with the end goal that students would publicly declare their faith!
Families are welcome to visit the Family Room, directly across from entrance to sanctuary, during worship or discipleship opportunities! The family room is equipped with comfortable furniture, toys for little ones and a diaper changing station. The worship service is available for viewing via livestream.
Once students have participated in the Communion Seminar (offered in English and Spanish), they are eligible to take their First Communion.
